This Policy covers information Stragilon collects in connection with our Consulting Services and Products (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy covers information collected through websites we operate from which you are accessing this Policy (the “Site”.)

The Organisation is committed to processing data in accordance with its responsibilities under the Data Protection Act 2018 which implements the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.

DPA requires that personal data shall be:

Request that your Personal Information be removed from Stragilon’s databases,

  • To remove your Personal Information from Stragilon’s databases, please include all relevant User IDs and e-mail addresses as well as the names of any Stragilon or Stragilon-related sites, products, or services you may have accessed in your communication to privacy@stragilon.wpengine.com.com or click delete my data in your personal dashboard.
  • Stragilon will delete Personal Information upon your request within a reasonable timeframe.
  • For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will comply with your request as soon as reasonably practical and may need to contact you to be sure that we understand your request.

Location of personal information collected and maintained

Depending on the Product or Service we are providing to you, your Personal Information may be collected, used, processed & disclosed in the European Union. If you are a user of our Services outside the European Union, your data may be transferred to a Server that is located in the European Union. By using our Online Systems, Services, you understand that your Personal Information may be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, inside the European Union, which may have different data protection rules than your country.

Retention period
